Structure and action principle

1. The valve is flange connected and complies with GB / T 12240 standard. The valve is mainly composed of valve body, cock, packing gland and other parts.

2. The valve is opened and closed by rotating the operating panel to rotate the plug body by 90 °. The square head groove of the plug rod indicates the opening position, which is opened horizontally with the pipeline axis and closed vertically.

Valve features

2. The structure is reasonable and compact, the volume is small, and the mass closing parts (cocks) adopt wedge structure, which can automatically compensate the deformation of the valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature during operation, and the sealing is safe and reliable.

Precautions in storage, installation and use

1. This product shall be placed in a dry warehouse and shall not be stored in the open air.

2. Regular maintenance is required for long-term storage.

3. Pressure test and inspection shall be carried out before installation, and installation can be carried out only after it is qualified.

4. Clean the inner cavity of pipes and valves before installation.

5. After installation, the product shall not be subjected to large external force.

6. The operating conditions shall meet the technical requirements in the performance specification.
